The "Summer of Change" is an initiative of the City of Bonn in cooperation with the Bundeskunsthalle and over 30 other partners.
In more than 90 events for all age groups, Bonn's cultural sector, scientific organizations and associations - including partners from all cultural sectors - present a wide range of programmes on the topic of ecological sustainability. The aim is to make the creative engagement of cultural institutions with this topic visible to Bonn's urban society and to demonstrate its social relevance. This commitment is intended to show meaningful and alternative paths to a sustainable future.
The cultural festival will kick off with the Museumsmeilenfest on May 31, 2025, and "Summer of Change" will end as part of the Beethovenfest Bonn on September 27, 2025.
